CHECK THE CROPS
Artwork 1/1
Your original files stay untouched.
Portrait and landscape ratios are detected automatically. Exports use real source pixels and keep each JPG below 20 MB; the complete ZIP may be larger. Transparent PNG areas become white. Check your sales channel and printer requirements before delivery.
Before you prepare your print files
- Which print ratios are included?
- Each artwork gets five JPGs: 2:3, 3:4, 4:5, 11:14 and ISO A-series proportions, with landscape equivalents for wide images. For example, 8 × 10 in is 4:5; 8 × 12 in is 2:3. Changing the ratio can crop the edges, so check every preview.
- How large can I print?
- Divide the exported pixel width and height by your target PPI to estimate print size in inches. A 2,400 × 3,000 px export gives 8 × 10 in at 300 PPI. Use the dimensions after cropping or size reduction. This tool does not upscale; changing a DPI label cannot add detail. Suitable resolution also depends on the source, printer and viewing distance.
- What is inside the ZIP?
- Each artwork has its own folder with five JPGs and a PRINT-GUIDE.txt. Each JPG stays below 20 MB, but the complete ZIP may be larger. Transparent areas become white. Unzip and inspect the files, and check your sales channel and printer requirements before delivery.
